Russia celebrated Independence Day on June 12. Together with this holiday, there were held three national festivals in Yoshkar-Ola: Russian Birch Holiday, Mari Peledysh (Festival of Flowers) and Tatar Sabantuj. A lot of concerts, competitions and other entertaining activities were organized in the Central Park through out the day. The celebration ended up with great fireworks.
Now, let's walk along way that our citizens like the most: across the Central Park to the Chavain Boulevard and the Theatre Bridge.
