Today, May 9, 2007, at 10 o'clock in the morning the Victory day parade marched along the streets in Yoshkar-Ola city. The parade is devoted to the 62nd anniversary of the victory of the Russian people in the Great Patriotic War. All Forces of the Army and also groups of schoolchildren and young sportsmen took part in the parade.

 The monument of Obolensky-Nogotkov, the founder of Yoshkar-Ola city. This is the first and the only equestrian statue in the city. It was placed on the 8th of May 2007 |
