I would like to express my sincerest thanks to you and your hard working staff in the English Language Department. I have been writing to one woman, who is now my fiancee for a little while now, and few months ago I decided to enroll her to help in the development of her English. I have spoken with her every week for almost three months now, and I am so happy with the results this has achieved.

I have received a couple emails advising me on the status of what she is learning, and I feel comfortable in the ways my woman is being taught the language. My only hope is next time I come to YO, I will take advantage of the Russian lessons for myself.

In the beginning of our relationship, our phone calls were difficult because of her miminal English, but also my complete lack of Russian. In the past few months our conversations have become longer and more involved. I now talk with her almost everyday, and we can talk about most subjects. These results can only be attributed to the knowledge she has been given through the English lessons.

Three weeks ago, I arrived in Yoshkar-Ola, and I had already arrange the services of a translator in case we needed her. I was so happy she was there, but we only used her when we needed to discuss our future plans together. I was so pleased and a little relieved to be able to walk down the street and speak with the woman I love and for her to understand most of what I was saying.

On three occasions I accompanied my fiancee to her English lessons and was warmly accepted by the students and the teacher. I would like to express my gratitude to one teacher in particular, Elena for her professionalism, work ethic, and dedication to teaching the woman in my fiancees class as much as she does. On these three occasions, she invited me to participate in the lessons, and I found this to be quite enjoyable. During one lesson in particular, we spoke of foods and beverages, and on the my last visit, she arranged to provide samples of some of the foods I had never tried before. Elena seems to enjoy teaching, and it shows. I commend you on selecting her as one of the teachers.

Overall, I am please with the service, the commitment by the staff to assist in teaching my fiancee English, and most importantly I am very thankful. I definitely recommend this service to anyone with serious intentions for a woman, because without it I would not be as happy as I am right now.
