The first volume of the encyclopedia "All Russian museums" has been recently published. This book is the project of the publishing house "Bestseller" and it is for tourist's companies, museums, educational institutions, history- and art-lovers. "All Russian museums" is the unique edition in 3 volumes where you can find information about more than 3000 museums, galleries, exhibiting halls and other places that deal with the articles of natural history, material and spiritual culture, and also bring this culture to people. The encyclopedia is based on the information gathered during many years in the project "The register of all Russian museums". The chairman of the central Council of the Russian museum association V. Tolstoy, the descendant of Lev Tolstoy approved this project. The publication of the book is financially supported by the company Douglas Consulting that owns a number of hotels Douglas Hotel.
