International Insurance Policy Issued by Military Insurance Company:

In case of emergency, you shall call one of 24 hours a day alarm centers in Yoshkar-Ola: before undertaking any personal action and:

1. state your full name, number and validity dates of your Travel Insurance Policy;
   
2. state the place and telephone number where you can be reached;
   
3. give a brief description of the problem encountered and nature of help required.

Economy Class ($0.80 per day)

1. Advance payment of medical expenses;
2. Expenses for the services of medical transportation;
3. Expenses for the repatriation in case of death of the insured.

Business Class ($1.20 per day)

1. Advance payment of medical expenses;
2. Expenses for the services of medical transportation;
3. Expenses for the repatriation in case of death of the insured;
4. Expenses for emergency dental care.

General exclusions

1. Due to the practice of any kind of work;
2. Resulting from intentional self injury and from the participation of the insured to criminal action;
3. Whole or partly disablement effected from intoxication by liquor or drugs;
4. Due to the practice of sports, on a professional basis or in order to train for an official competition or an exhibition;
5. Whilst the insured is engaged or taking part in aeronautics or aviation other than as a farepaying passenger of a properly licensed aircraft being operated by a licensed commercial air carrier or owned and operated by a commercial concern;
6. Venereal disease, AIDS and any such syndrome, nervous, mental, chronic illness and acute attack of them, and all illness which required the treatment during six months before the date of the beginning of the Policy duration (excluding the case when medical assistance was connected with saving of his/her life;
7. Consequent upon pregnancy within three months of the expected date of delivery or upon voluntary abortion;
8. Direct or indirect influence of ionizing radiations;
9. Resulting from death, injury or illness due to suicide or attempt of suicide.

Insurer is not liable for delays or impeachments in performing the assistance in case of strike, war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, insurrection, terrorism, military or usurped power, riot and civil commotion, radioactivity, earthquake, flood and other natural hazards or any other event of force majeure.
